Dyson Vacuum Cleaners : The 5 Correct Choices For Buying a Vacuum

I have owned many vacuum cleaners but none have worked as well as my Dyson vacuum cleaner. Dyson is committed to the environment and is one of the few companies that make vacuum cleaners that do not require you to spend more money.

Today there are not many companies that use their actual owner to support or demonstrate their product except Dyson vacuums. If you have seen the latest Dyson commercials you will see an older gentleman displaying why he thinks the Dyson vacuum is the best product on the market. If you were wondering why they used that spokesperson it is probably because who best to demonstrate the product then the owner of Dyson vacuums but James Dyson.

When a person purchases a vacuum they break down the purchase into 5 basic decisions. The first decision that the buyer makes is how much they actually want to spend. When buying a vacuum this is probably the worst reason that you choose a specific vacuum. Most people assume that since there is a $200 dollar vacuum that it will basically do the same job as the $600 dollar vacuum. This is the worst assumption.

If you were to take a look at any mechanical product you would know that the more expensive unit just simply works better. No this is not in your mind. When you look at a Lincoln continental and then look at a vehicle you think is similar but costs less you are not getting the better deal. Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and spend more money if you want quality.

Now let's work a little backwards the most obvious reason for buying a vacuum is air quality. We no longer want a vacuum cleaner that maybe will pick up dirt and then throw it around. We want a quality vacuum that will actually do what is says and makes the air quality in your home improve. If you have pets then you definitely do not want a vacuum that just picks up the dog or cat hair you want one that also helps to purify the air.

Okay so we now know that when choosing a vacuum your first decision should be about air quality. Your second decision should be about how the product actually works. It is clear that Dyson vacuum cleaners work as I currently own one. I do not have to worry about air purifiers as the product does the work for you. Dyson has sold over 6 billion dollars in the vacuum market worldwide so when it comes to quality you definitely have great quality here.

Your next decision is about attachments. Before you buy a specific vacuum cleaner like the Dyson vacuum you need to take a look at your home and decide what special attachments you will require. It is far better to get a product that has all the bells and whistles then to have to purchase any add on. In this case go big or go home. Get all the bells and whistles and you won't have to purchase anything else.

Okay so this is where price comes in. Let's take a look at your decisions so far the first was air quality, second was product quality, third was attachments, our fourth was price which was already discussed and now the last item is warranty.

Now warranty is where people sometimes get confused. Although the warranty might say lifetime that does not mean it is your lifetime. The lifetime warranty is based on the life of a product so a vacuum cleaner might be around 5 years. Dyson full size vacuums have a limited 5 year household warranty while their handhelds have a limited 2 year warranty. As long as you are buying a good product this decision should be easy.
